New Year's Eve

Fireworks

We started "Deep Freeze" 7 years ago. We invite youth groups and families for fun activities to do on New Years Eve. There is a charge, which inludes a night of skiing, food, lots of door prizes, and fireworks at midnight. "Deep Freeze" goes from 8pm till 1am. Advanced tickets must be purchased. There are no ticket sales at the gate. So come out on New Years eve from a night of fun and laughter. E-mail WetaskiwinSkiClub@hotmail.com for more information.

This is close to the end of the ski season where all the staff of Gywnne Valley ski Hill are invited to the hill for pizza, skiing and an evening of fun! The hill is not open to the public on this night. So if you want to join in the fun then come apply at the Gwynne Valley Ski Hill.

Slush Pit

Slush Pit

The slush pit. If you dont know what the slush pit is then you got to come check it out. Every year on the last day that the hill is open we create a big slush pit where people can try and either jump over or skim across! Its a blast to be at and even funner getting wet! The best day of the ski season. It is usually sometime in March.

Ski Swap

This year there will be no ski swap. Instead there will be a bulletin board where you can post your items for sale. There is no available room for people to drop off items for sale at the ski chalet.
